## Questions and answers
### How do I book a car?
Send the car, your dates and where you want to collect it on WhatsApp to +66 65 748 8555. Ben replies himself, confirms the car and the total price, and the booking is done. You can also leave a request with the booking form on the site; there is no call centre.

### Do I pay in advance?
No prepayment is needed for most dates. You pay the rental in cash or by Thai bank transfer when you receive the car. In the high season, from 20 December to 10 January, we may ask for a small transfer to hold the car.

### Can I cancel or change my dates?
Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Without a prepayment there is nothing to refund, and changing dates is free if the car is available.

### What is the minimum rental?
One day, counted as 24 hours from the handover time.

### Is it cheaper to rent for a week or a month?
Yes. From 7 days you pay the weekly rate for every day of the rental, and from 30 days you pay a fixed monthly price. For a Toyota Yaris Ativ that is about 15–20% less per day than a short rental.

### What documents do I need?
Your passport and a valid driving licence. Foreign drivers need an International Driving Permit together with their national licence, as Thai law requires. We look at the passport and licence and take a photo; we do not keep them.

### How old do I have to be?
At least 21 years old, with a driving licence held for at least one year.

### Can someone else drive?
Yes, a second driver is free. Send us a photo of their licence and IDP so we can add them to the contract; only drivers in the contract are covered by the insurance.

### How much is the deposit?
฿3,000 in cash for sedans and ฿5,000 for the Toyota Fortuner. It is returned in full when you hand the car back without new damage. No card hold, and we never keep your passport.

### What insurance is included?
First-class Thai insurance is included in every price. Your excess is ฿15,000 per incident, and damage to other people and their property is covered by the insurer.

### What happens if I scratch the car?
We photograph every panel with you at pickup and again at return, and send both sets to you on WhatsApp. Marks that were already there are never charged. New damage is paid up to the ฿15,000 excess and never more.

### What should I do after an accident?
Stay with the car, call us on WhatsApp and wait for the insurance surveyor — in Thailand the insurer comes to the scene and writes the report. Do not move the car or agree on payment with the other driver before that. We come to you and handle the paperwork in Thai.

### Where is your office?
In Thalang on Thepkasattri Road, about 10 minutes from Phuket International Airport. We are open 24 hours.

### Can you meet me at Phuket Airport?
Yes, free of charge and at any hour. Send your flight number; we watch the landing time and wait in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

### How much is delivery to my hotel?
Free to the airport, Thalang, Mai Khao, Nai Yang and Bang Rong Pier; ฿300 to Bang Tao, Laguna, Surin and Kamala; ฿500 to Patong and Phuket Town; ฿700 to Karon, Kata, Chalong and Rawai. Return pickup costs the same.

### Can I take the car off Phuket?
Yes, anywhere on the Thai mainland with unlimited mileage — Khao Lak is about 1.5 hours away and Krabi about 3 hours. Tell us before you take the car on a ferry, for example to Koh Yao or Koh Lanta. The car cannot leave Thailand.

### What fuel does the car take and how do I return it?
Sedans take Gasohol 91 or 95 petrol, the Fortuner takes diesel. You receive the car with a full tank and return it full; there is no refuelling fee.

### Do you have child seats?
Yes, infant seats, child seats and boosters for ฿100 per day. Tell us the child's age and weight and we fit the right seat before the handover.
