Getting around from Chalong
- Chalong Circle is the main junction: north to Phuket Town and the airport, west over the hill to Kata, south to Rawai and Nai Harn.
- The road up to the Big Buddha leaves the main road north of Chalong Circle and is steep and narrow near the top.
- Wat Chalong is 5 minutes from the circle, with its own car park.
- Chalong Pier is the start of most boat trips to Racha and Coral Island; park in the paid lot near the pier entrance.
