How the airport handover works
- Send the flight number on WhatsApp when you book.
- We track the landing time. If the flight is delayed we simply come later, at no cost.
- We wait in the arrivals hall of your terminal (international or domestic) with a sign with your name.
- The car is in the airport car park a few minutes away. Checking documents and photographing the car takes about 15 minutes.
Driving times from the airport
- Bang Tao and Laguna: about 25 minutes.
- Phuket Town: about 40 minutes.
- Patong: about 50–60 minutes, over the Patong Hill road.
- Kata, Karon, Chalong and Rawai: about 60–75 minutes.
- Khao Lak on the mainland: about 1 hour 15 minutes over the Sarasin Bridge.
Returning the car before your flight
Return at the terminal kerb or in the car park. Allow 15 minutes for the return photos and the deposit, and fill the tank at one of the petrol stations on Thepkasattri Road on the way.

Is there an extra charge for night flights?
No. Airport handover and return are free at any hour, day or night.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes. We track the landing time from your flight number and meet you when you actually arrive.
Can I pick up at the airport and return at my hotel?
Yes. Pickup at the airport is free and return at the hotel costs the normal delivery price for that area.
